Welcome to Thad Reece Photography. I am based in Charlotte, NC, and work with a wide variety of subjects. I prefer to shoot subjects in a non-studio environment, so I typically work in client backyards, parks, playgrounds, or wherever memories are waiting to be captured.

Best of Sie Family 2007 : I have done many photo shoots with the Sie family. The photographs in this gallery are some of their (and my) favorites. This is a good example of the output that a client would get after a shoot and a follow-up meeting to review digital "proofs". I take the favorite shots, and optimize for printing by the client and their family (anyone can order prints direct from the site).

W.S. - Freedom Park 2007 : The photographs in this gallery are the product of a single 2-3 hour session with Weston and his parents at Freedom Park in Charlotte, followed by a 1-1 review of the proofs for selection of favorites. I took over 400 shots during the shoot, and we narrowed it down to the top 100 or so for the 'print site'. The Family also got an album of 4x6 proofs as part of the package.
